Painting Bids

The Town of Whitefield is requesting bids from qualified contractors with experience and references to paint:

1) Interior of the Whitefield Central Fire Station at 24 Townhouse Road

2) Entry Foyer, Conference room (no kitchen) and Hallway. Approximately 1500 sq ft of wall space.

3) Prep surfaces and paint all walls (no trim, no windows).

The paint shall be supplied by the Contractor; the color will be matched with the current color. The work shall be completed by November 30, 2025. Scheduling to be determined by a town representative.

The Town must receive proposals no later than 3:00 PM on July 1, 2025. Proposals will be opened that evening at the Select Board meeting at 6pm.

 

 

 

The Town of Whitefield will evaluate all proposals on the basis of estimated cost, professional qualifications, equipment and methods, references and other relevant information. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to further negotiate with any party.
